WANG Jing, Han ethnicity, is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC). She currently serves as President of Hanzhong Open University, member of the Hanzhong Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Shaanxi Province, Vice Chairperson of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD), and member of the Education Committee of the 15th Central Committee of CAPD.

LIU Jianming, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, serves as the Secretary of the Party General Branch in Tangdi Village, Lizhu Town, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. He is also the Director of the Village Committee. He enrolled in the 2018 Autumn Landscape Architecture undergraduate programme at Keqiao School, Zhejiang Open University. Over the years, he has been recognised with numerous honours, including being named a National Model Worker, an Influential Figure in Rural Revival, and receiving the title of Responsible Branch Secretary of Zhejiang Province.

YUE Qiaoyun, Han ethnicity, is a student majoring in Business Administration at Beijing Open University (Pinggu Branch) in the spring of 2023. She serves as a deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chairperson of Beijing Lyunongxingyun Fruit Production and Sales Professional Cooperative Society.

CHEN Ying, Han ethnicity, is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC). She enrolled in the 2023 Spring Social Work undergraduate programme at Huaibei Open University. She currently serves as a staff member at the Rural Revitalisation Workstation in Liuqiao Town, Suixi County, Huaibei City, Anhui Province, and as Deputy General Manager of Huaibei Xiangshan District Rural Revitalisation Investment Co., Ltd. Her honours include National Outstanding Individual in Poverty Alleviation, National Exemplary Individual, and Anhui Provincial May 1st Labour Medal.

ZHOU Changyou, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, serves as a deputy to the 14th National People’s Congress (NPC). He holds positions as both Party Branch Secretary and Director of the Maiziyuan Villagers’ Committee, Niujiaoba Town, Lengshuitan District, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. Enrolled in 2016, he was a graduate of Law from Hunan Open University under the 'Rural University Student Training Programme'. ZHOU was honoured as “National Outstanding Migrant Worker” in 2020. Under his leadership, the Maiziyuan Village Party Branch received the “National Outstanding Collective in Poverty Alleviation” award in February 2020.

WANG Hongmei, Han ethnicity, is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC). She enrolled in the 2021 Autumn Administrative Management undergraduate programme at the Open University of Ningde. She currently serves as a senior technician at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL).

ZHOU Chong, Han ethnicity, a deputy to the 14th National People’s Congress (NPC), is an outstanding junior college graduate of the 2015 fall cohort, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing at Guangzhou Open University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department at Huangpu Stevedoring Branch Company and the Deputy Secretary of the company’s Youth League Committee. He is also the Vice Chairman of the 13th Guangzhou Youth Federation. ZHOU has been honoured with titles such as “Good Samaritan of China” and “Nominee for the National Moral Model Award”. He was received twice by the Chinese President in 2013 and 2018 respectively.

CHEN Xiaojing, Han ethnicity, currently serves as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and holds the positions of Secretary of the General Party Branch, and Director of the Villagers’ Committee in Yuantou Village, Yantan Township, Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province. She graduated from Zhejiang Open University in 2024 with an associate degree in Public Administrative Management (Rural Management) and is currently an undergraduate student in the Rural Regional Development programme, enrolled in autumn 2024. In 2021, she was recongised as one of the National Women Pacesetters for Meritorious Service.
