ZHANG Chunmei, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), graduated from the junior college programme of Administrative Management at the Guangdong Branch of the Open University of China (OUC) in 2015. In the spring of 2023, she enrolled in the undergraduate programme in Administrative Management at the same university. She is a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and a model worker in Guangdong Province.
ZENG Daoqun, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), serves as a deputy to the 14th National People’s Congress (NPC) and as the Party Branch Secretary and Director of the Villagers’ Committee of Gaotan Village, Lianluo Town, Zigong City, Sichuan Province. Enrolled in 2019, she was a student of an Education Enhancement Programme for Rural Revitalisation and Community Governance at Zigong Open University. In 2021, she was awarded the title “National Outstanding Individual in Poverty Alleviation”, and in 2025, she received the honour of “National March 8th Red-Banner Holder”.
