On 4 April 2019, the Open University of China (OUC) signed an agreement with Tongliao Vocational College in Beijing regarding their cooperation on the OUC’s “Dual Enhancement of Vocational Skills and Educational Levels for Housekeeping Service Practitioners” project (“Dual Enhancement” Project).
On the afternoon of 2 April 2019, a launch ceremony for the learner development reform implemented by Sichuan Radio and TV University (Sichuan RTVU) by bridging secondary (higher) vocational education with Sichuan RTVU’s junior college (undergraduate) degree programmes on the basis of the credit bank for lifelong education in Sichuan.

Hu Chunmei is a teacher at the Jiangxi Branch of the Open University of China (OUC). She has a Master’s degree in accounting and holds the professional title of associate professor. After graduating from university in 1999, she started to work at Jiangxi Radio and TV University (Jiangxi RTVU), engaging in teaching and researching courses related to the accounting major.
Instead of her numerous awards for teaching and leadership, such as “Female Star with Great Achievement at Job Post” in Wuhan, “Outstanding Young Teacher” for institutions of high learning, professional leader of the University and “Outstanding Communist Party Member”, Zou Li would like to be known simply as“a teacher of the people.” She has been at the Wuhan Branch of the Open University of China (OUC), also known as Wuhan Radio and TV University, or Wuhan RTVU, for 20 years.
