Yang Yang graduated from the College of Literature of Northeast Normal University, first with a Bachelor and then a Master's degree, and received a doctorate in literature in 2013. In 2015, he started work at the Experimental School of the Open University of China (OUC) as a course coordinator, supervising the teaching and teaching management of several majors.
OUC Holds Lecture on Traditional Culture: the Contemporary Significance of the Analects of Confucius
On 20 September 2019, the second Lecture on Traditional Culture was given at the Open University of China (OUC). It was jointly sponsored by the OUC Research Centre for Traditional Chinese Culture, the School of Marxism, and the Committee of the Communist Youth League of China.
From 23 to 27 September 2019, the Open University of China (OUC) held the 1,914th seminar for backbone teachers from accounting majors for the purpose of strengthening the construction of the OUC teaching team as well as advancing the professional development of the teachers in order to improve their overall abilities.

On 18-20 September 2019, the Open University of China (OUC) held an annual teaching work seminar for computer science majors in Enshi, Hubei Province with the purpose of strengthening the construction of the computer science discipline and teaching team, promoting teaching reform, and enhancing the teaching quality of the OUC’s organisational system. Eighty-one teachers from 45 OUC branches participated in the seminar.
