ZHONG Tuanyu, She ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC). She enrolled in the 2022 Spring Semester Administrative Management programme (Rural Management direction) at Fu’an Open University. ZHONG currently serves as the Party Branch Secretary and Director of Village Committee, and Chairperson of the Village Women's Federation of Jindouyang Village, Fu’an City, Fujian Province. She also holds the position of Part-time Vice Chairperson of the Fu’an Federation of Women. In 2025, she was honoured with the title of “National March 8th Red Banner Holder.”

Professor GAO Ying from Jiangxi Open University (OU) was honoured as a National March 8th Red-Banner Holder for 2025for her long-standing commitment to women's development and lifelong learning for all. It also signifies a milestone in the faculty development of open universities in China.

WANG Qide, Han ethnicity, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has served as a deputy to the 12th, 13th and 14th National People’s Congress (NPC). He graduated from the Law undergraduate programme at Sichuan Open University. He currently serves as President of Wulang County Yellow Goat and Hongqi Pig Breeding Cooperative in Sichuan Province. He was honoured as a “National 10th Entrepreneurial Star” and elected a National Model Worker in 2020.
YU Ganqian is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK) and holds a postdoctoral degree in economics. He is a second-class professor, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), President of Yunnan Open University, and Chairman of the RCCK Yunnan Provincial Committee. In 2007, he received the "National Culinary Education Achievement Award" by the China Cuisine Association.
WANG Yucheng, a 2008 undergraduate Law student at Anji College, Zhejiang Open University, currently serves as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) and as a Standing Committee member of Tianhuangping Town, Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He holds the position of a third-class Principal Staff Member and is the Party Branch Secretary and Director of Yucun Village Committee.
LIU Yonghao, a native of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, is a senior engineer and a graduate of the 1979 electronics programme at Sichuan Open University. He currently serves as a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), President of New Hope Group, New Hope Investments, and Sichuan New Hope Agriculture, Chairman of Shandong Liuhe Group, a Supervisor with Minsheng Life Insurance.
DU Liqun, Zhuang ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), is a member of the 13th and 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and serves as Head Nurse and Chief Nurse of the AIDS Department at Nanning Fourth People's Hospital in Guangxi. She is also an outstanding student majoring in Administrative Management at Guangxi Open University (OU), enrolled in 2012.
