Recently, the Beijing Education Commission announced the results of the 2023 selection event for various educational initiatives, including quality undergraduate courses, teaching materials, and courseware for Beijing higher education institutions, as well as the Beijing Undergraduate Teaching Reform and Innovation Programme.
New Features Unveiled for OUC Smart Learning Platform to Overcome Digital Challenges and Bottlenecks
To further advance the thematic educational campaign on studying and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Information Technology Department of the Open University of China (OUC) partnered with OUC Online Education & Information Technology Co., Ltd. (OUC Online) to conduct seven rounds of user studies on the OUC Smart Learning Platform.

On 30 June 2023, the Learning Resources Department (Digital Library) of the Open University of China (OUC) and the School of Fundamental Education at Beijing Polytechnic College (BPC) convened a symposium for research and exchange in the field.

On 13th June, the OUC held a video conference on the deployment of the Spring Semester Final Examination for 2023. Li Song, a member of the Party Committee and vice president of the OUC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while Gu Xiaohua, director of Academic Affairs Department, presided over the meeting.
A delegation of four people headed by Zhang Jin of Shanghai Open University (Shanghai OU) and Hong Jianfeng, secretary of the Party Branch Committee affiliated to the Shanghai TV Secondary Specialised School, visited the Open University of China (OUC) on 9 June, 2023. A seminar was hosted to welcome the delegation.
