Qiu Weiming, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a professor and senior technician with a bachelor degree. He started teaching at Taizhou Radio and TV University (Taizhou RTVU) in September 2013, and now receives a special government allowance from the State Council, and belongs to the Ten-thousand Talents Programme in Zhejiang Province.

Yang Yang graduated from the College of Literature of Northeast Normal University, first with a Bachelor and then a Master's degree, and received a doctorate in literature in 2013. In 2015, he started work at the Experimental School of the Open University of China (OUC) as a course coordinator, supervising the teaching and teaching management of several majors.
Gu Xiaohua is an associate professor, and deputy director of the Faculty of Humanities of the Open University of China (OUC); a member of the National Vocational-education and Teaching Steering Committee for Human Resources and Social Security; a group leader of the OUC Teaching Research Centre for the Administration major; and a member of the OUC Degree Committee for the Public Administration major. He began teaching at China Central Radio and TV University (CCRTVU) in 2003, and has been mainly responsible for the courses Principles of Politics, Human-resources Management in the Public Sector, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; the construction of learning resources and teaching teams; and teaching management and course construction.
Wang Zhuo is committed to the educational cause of the Open University of China (OUC) and adheres to the educational policy of the Communist Party of China. He has firm ideals and beliefs, and possesses a solid understanding as well as benevolence and dedication. He is a model of a teacher who is ethical, believes in socialism, and has made outstanding contributions to teaching, research, and the construction and development of the OUC.
Ms. Cheng Shouyan, a member of the Li ethnic group and of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the School of Government of Sun Yat-Sen University as a Doctor of Philosophy in political science. She has taught at Guizhou Radio and Television University (RTVU) since July 2006, and is now deputy dean of, and a professor in, the Department of Distance Education.
Ms. Xu Xiangdan is dedicated to and passionate about her work, and completes it to the highest standards. She also strives constantly to become a better teacher. In 1999, she became responsible for the construction and teaching of courses such as Corporate Finance, Financial Regulations, Enterprise Financial Behaviour, Investments, Securities Investment Analysis, Personal Banking, and Foundations of Financial Marketing.
As a chief teacher at the headquarters of the Open University of China (OUC), Zhu Xiaoge teaches mathematics in the Primary Education major, and is responsible for math-curriculum construction, teaching, practice, and subject research in the major. She loves her work and has done well in it.
Wen Zhihui, an associate professor, graduated from Hunan Normal University with a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature, and arrived at Hunan Radio and Television University (Hunan RTVU) in 2000 to teach, and work as course coordinator, in the Chinese Language and Literature undergraduate programme. She now serves as deputy dean of the Department of Arts and Law, and head of Chinese Language Teaching and Research Section at Hunan RTVU.
Sun Houhong graduated from Shandong University in 1995 and has been teaching full-time at Wendeng District Radio and TV University (Wendeng RTVU) in Weihai City, Shandong province.
Wang Jihong is a member of the CPC, a Master’s and Doctoral–degree holder, and a professor. She was transferred to Fujian Radio and TV University (Fujian RTVU)in April 2012 due to her outstanding academic and professional abilities, and now teaches full-time in its School of Public Administration, directs the undergraduate Primary-school Education major and the Teaching-research Office of Marxist Theory and Political Education, and is a member of the school’s Party branch.
