Yao Wei, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with a master's degree, and 32 years of teaching experience, teaches ideology and politics at Mianyang Radio and Television University (RTVU). She has been named an “Excellent Teacher” of Sichuan Province, and was elected a delegate to the sixth Mianyang City Congress of the CPC.
Deng Xianming, a bachelor-degree holder, is Party secretary and principal of Sichuan RTVU (Fushun Branch), the Fushun Teacher-training School, and Fushun Community College.

II. Focusing on Students and Giving Them Patient Guidance

Chen Yawei is a full-time teacher in the Faculty of Economics and Management of Jiangxi Open University (Jiangxi OU).
A head teacher, while connecting a school with its students, is also an educator, manager, service provider, and teacher of ideology and politics. Over my 22 years as a head teacher in radio and TV education, I have always followed the belief that ideological and political education must be given priority and integrated into daily work, guiding students toward adherence to socialism with Chinese characteristics in terms of theory, Chinese culture, patriotic feeling, and desire to serve the country.
