4. Exposure warnings
The exposure rate of the test questions reflects how often they are used. Within the test bank system, a time limit for the exposure period is used to manage test questions. This is exercised in two aspects. Firstly, an upper limit is placed on the exposure rate. Test questions are updated when the exposure rate reaches a certain level, forming a constantly updating operating mechanism. Secondly, a lower limit is placed on the exposure rate. Test questions that are not used frequently (i.e. have a low exposure rate) should be eliminated to keep the test bank content up to date, and avoid the accumulation of questions in the test bank.

Summary
Quality is a vital condition of development. During the construction process of the OUC test bank, we must attain a high level of quality. On the basis of the radio and television university test bank, and research into other test banks and social exams, we have accumulated a great deal of experience. However, it is still far from meeting the requirement of the OUC test bank. We must carefully research the cultivation objectives and construction requirements of the OUC and embark on good quality construction, so as to ensure the OUC’s learner formation.
