Wang Jing, Han ethnicity, hails from Mianxian County, Shaanxi Province.

Currently, she holds the position of President at Hanzhong Open University, and is a member of the Municipal CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference) in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Additionally, she serves as the vice chairperson of the Shannxi Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD), and is a member of the Education Committee of the 15th Central Committee of CAPD.

In recent years, as the state has increased its focus on vocational education, vocational schools have proactively enhanced their exchanges and cooperation with enterprises. The team should solicit opinions and recommendations from enterprises, develop practical supporting documents, and accelerate the formation of a comprehensive set of measures to deepen the construction of a modern vocational education system and foster deepened school-enterprise collaboration and industry-education integration. Wang Jing expresses her hope that vocational education will continue to gain recognition within society. "By acquiring technical skills through vocational education and securing suitable employment, individuals can realise their personal value and achieve success. I will continue to follow the guidance of the General Secretary Xi Jinping and actively devote myself to the great journey of advancing Chinese-style modernization, striving to contribute to the great cause, advocating for civilized practices, and pursuing ambitious dreams.
