Zhao Ping, ethnic Han, was born in Mianyang, Sichuan Province. Zhao has a long list of titles and accomplishments, he is a committed member of the Communist Party of China, a deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress (NPC), a senior technician at the Components Plant of Shaanxi Plane Industry Company, a vice chairman of the Hanzhong Federation of Trade Unions, and an outstanding graduate of Shaanxi RTVU.

Liu Yonghao, a native of Chengdu in Sichuan Province, graduated with a degree in Electronics from Sichuan Branch, class 1979. He is a senior engineer and is currently a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), board chair and president of the New Hope Group, chair of New Hope Investments, chair of Sichuan New Hope Agriculture, chair of Shandong Liuhe, a supervisor with Minsheng Life Insurance, and deputy director of the Subcommittee of Economy of the CPPCC National Committee.
The All-China Women's Federation recently held a conference in Beijing to commemorate and honour International Women's Day. Several female role models were recognised at the event. Comrade Hu Xing, executive vice chair of the Labour Union and associate researcher at the Open University of China (OUC), was named "National Female Role Model with Outstanding Achievements" during the event.
To implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the digital strategy action in education, and to advance the building of a digital university, a special seminar on the digital construction of universities was held by the Open University of China (OUC) and Beijing Open University (OU) on 6 March 2023. Vice president Fan Xianrui of the OUC and vice president Cai Dapeng of Beijing OU participated in the exchange.
