Foshan RTVU, Foshan Community College and Foshan Library have signed an agreement to establish the “Foshan Community College Library”. The two sides pledged to build “Libraries Nearby” for local residents,

so that anyone can be reading a book within 15 minutes, based on the principles of “complementation, openness, sharing, cooperation and common development”. According to the agreement, Foshan Library will provide library facilities, resources and operational guidance, while Foshan RTVU and Foshan Community College will be responsible for library venues, professional literature and daily management. The two sides will join hands to make Foshan Community College Library a 24-hour self-service library with advanced facilities and a positive environment. As a member of the United Libraries of Foshan City, it will be open to all local residents free of charge. To make it convenient for residents, reading materials can be borrowed with an ID card and returned to any United Library in Foshan City.

According to the agreement, the two sides will also cooperate extensively in the field of community education, such as public lectures, cultural exchange, academic activities and vocational training.
