Feng Xuefei, president of Tianjin Open University (Tianjin RTVU), recently led an eight-person delegation to Hungkuang University, Fo Guang University, Open University and Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management in Taiwan to conduct in-depth discussions

and sign cooperation agreements with Hungkuang University and Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management.

According to the agreement with Hungkuang University, the TOU (Tianjin RTVU) will hire professor Hou-sheng Chan as academic leader of home economics programme (Senior Service Planning and Management) and professor Chen Long’an as academic leader of preschool education programme (Early Childhood Education).

According to the agreement with Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management, the two sides will join hands to develop one to two pilot preschool education courses (Early Childhood Education). the TOU (Tianjin RTVU) will also engage President Ye Zhicheng as a communication consultant between the two sides.

In the future, the TOU (Tianjin RTVU) and Fo Guang University will sign a cooperation agreement and the TOU (Tianjin RTVU) will be entitled to select students to attend the international summer camp hosted by Fo Guang University.
