At the beginning of 2013, Shenzhen RTVU and Shenzhen Foxconn Advanced Manufacturing Productivity Training Institute (hereinafter referred to as Foxconn IE Institute) agreed to start junior college courses for Foxconn employees.

The three programmes available are Business Administration (Marketing Management), E-Business and Logistics Management. Staff from Shenzhen RTVU visited Foxconn’s Longhua and Guanlan locations to help workers to better understand Shenzhen RTVU, its degree programmes and its enrollment procedures. 

The representatives from Shenzhen RTVU gave a brief introduction to the history of the university and its advantages. The tutors in charge of the programmes described above gave an overview of the course content. A number of Foxconn employees came to the onsite consultation and requested enrollment materials. They were also able to access information about programmes available, teaching levels and resources. Related staff from Foxconn IE Institute introduced its scholarship system.
