On June 18, 2015, a charity show with the theme of "Youth are the Future of Industry" was held at Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone. The show was organized by Hefei Harmony Association, in association with Anhui Radio and TV University (Anhui RTVU).

Staff from Anhui RTVU promote open education at a charity performance, attracting many industrial workers

Anhui RTVU Open Education School took the initiative to apply to co-organize the charity show, and actively prepared personnel and resources to send holiday greetings and show their concern for industrial workers. During the show, staff from the Open Education School actively answered questions from the industrial workers, and discussed cooperation with community leaders and the heads of enterprises. Many employees showed interest in the exclusive customized learning service model provided by Anhui RTVU Open Education School.

More than 5,000 workers from over 64 enterprises live in the Tianmen Lake public housing project of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone. After the completion of the public housing project, it will be able to accommodate more than 20,000 residents.

Anhui RTVU Open Education School has long been interested in the relationship between education and industry. It has held enterprise classes at Haier and Midea, offering convenient, on the spot teaching to their staff, providing customized services for enterprises to improve their human resources, and providing intellectual support for the construction of an industrial city. This is the first time that the School has taken teaching activities into the community.
