The launch ceremony for the first Jiangsu National Reading Day, the 11thJiangsu Reading Festival, and the 20thNanjing Reading Day was held on April 23, 2015. On that day, the “Classroom for Mothers” jointly established by Nanjing Radio and TV University (Nanjing RTVU) and the Nanjing Women’s Federation was officially launched.

"Classroom for Mothers"(http://mother.njstudy.com/) is a sub-platform of "Nanjing Study Online"(http://www.njstudy.com/), sharing 200,000 registered users. "Classroom for Mothers" focuses on establishing a learning resource platform for all the female citizens of Nanjing. Currently, there are over 10,000 minutes of video resources and thousands of e-books. The platform aims to respond to the specific needs of female users. The platform covers subjects such as child education, family, moral character cultivation, and skills. In the near future, "Classroom for Mothers" will conduct a series of fascinating activities both online and offline, including "Searching for the Most Brilliant Family", "Together with Our Children", and "Commendation Activity for International Family Day".

According to the relevant heads of Nanjing RTVU, in the future Nanjing RTVU aims to further expand cooperation projects; integrate lifelong learning resources for the city and its citizens; better serve the citizens of Nanjing; and contribute to the construction of a lifelong education system and a learning city.
