In order to promote the integration of information technology and education, and to provide students with easier and faster services, Qinghai Radio and TV University’s (Qinghai RTVU) Learner Support Hall was unveiled on December 4, 2014.

The newly-built Learner Support Hall represents a comprehensive service combining the functions of enrollment, consultation, learning experience, registration, payment, and graduation certificate examination and issuance. The Hall fully integrated the design concepts of modernization and humanization. The aims of the Hall are to offer the majority of students one-stop services, to bring the university close to learner services across “the last kilometer”, and to keep close contact with learners.

Secretary Gao Haibin of the CPC Qinghai RTVU Committee unveiled the Learner Support Hall together with President Qi Yongshou of Qinghai RTVU. Vice President Duan Hongwei and cadres at or above deputy director level of Qinghai RTVU also participated in the opening ceremony.
