Hosted by Hainan Federation of Trade Unions (HFTU) and organized by Hainan Radio and TV University (RTVU), The 2014 Hundred Hainan Staff Quality Training Programme was launched on April, 1. On that afternoon, the first training was conducted in the Hainan Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Tourism Zone.
In recent years, as a training centre for Hainan staff quality, Hainan RTVU conscientiously implemented the HFTU staff quality training project.
Making it their missions to promote staff quality in Hainan province and serve the development of international tourism on the island, Hainan RTVU is earnestly trying to make this project into a non-degree education trademark. The university took its education programme off campus, traveling to enterprises to conduct its trainings. Through serious research and feedback collection, they provided training in accordance with the company’s needs and the staff’s aptitude, a customized approach that is welcomed by the companies. Since 2010, 37,000 staff in various enterprises and public institutions have received the training, which has promoted their abilities a great deal.
With the support of Hainan Federation of Trade Unions, Hainan RTVU will provide a series of on-the-job trainings and pre-employment trainings to the staff in various enterprises and public institutions around Hainan. The themes of the trainings include civilized etiquette, labor legislation, workers’ mental health, safety in production, medical assistance, etc. it is estimated that there will be 100 trainings serving 10,000 people during the course of the year.
Zheng Youji, Vice President of the HFTU, and Zhang Junyu, Vice President of Hainan RTVU, attended the launching ceremony and made speeches. After the ceremony, Chen Wen, an archiater, conducted a training on the theme of Safety and Rescue.
