Zhang Lili is a chief director of teaching material and leading lecturer on the course Secretarial Practice in the programme the Secretarial Profession in the OUC(aka CCRTVU).

She is now dean and a professor of the School of Management, China Women’s University. She is a leading scholar, a member of the Skill Appraisal Committee for Secretaries under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, vice president of the Secretarial Science Professional Committee with the China Association of Higher Education, an executive member of the Chinese Association of Human Resource Development, and vice president of the Beijing Association of Human Resource Development. She is a Star Teacher Award Winner of the 2009 Beijing Fifth Higher Education Teaching. For many years, she has done a great deal of research work in secretarial science, secretarial practice, and conference science. Up till now, she has published such academic professional works of Human Resources Management and Development of Chinese Females and about 30 uniformly compiled textbooks, including ‘Corporate Secretarial Practice’, ‘A Course of National Vocational Qualification Training for Secretaries’, ‘Secretarial Practice Concerning Foreign Affairs’, and ‘Conference Organization and Management’. She has published about 30 papers in core periodicals, and led nearly 10 scientific research and teaching reform projects at or above provincial or ministerial level.
