Shi Lei majored in Legal English in the Foreign Languages Department of CUPSL from 1994 to 1998, and studied International Law in the CUPSL Graduate School, focusing on private international law from 1999 to 2002.

She has been responsible for the courses Public International Law and Private International Law. The online Public International Law course was named an “Excellent Course” of the RTVU system in 2007 and “National Excellent Course” in 2008, while the online Private International Law course was named “Excellent Course” of the RTVU system in 2007.
