Zhou Lianbing is a lecturer in the OUC School of Arts and Law. He graduated from Beijing Normal University and was awarded a doctor’s degree in public management in June 2011. He leads the courses of Contemporary Chinese Political System, Administrative Organization and Office Management. He has published one professional work and about 20 papers.
