Zhao Juqiang is an associate professor, and holds a master’s degree in Political Science and Administrative Management from Peking University. In 1993, she began to teach at CCRTVU.

She is mainly responsible for the teaching and management of Public Administration, Administrative Leadership, Administrative Organisation, and other courses. She has participated in writing and editing major textbooks, including Public Administration, Fundamentals of Leadership, and Administrative Organisation, and independently edited Public Administration Learner Guidance. She has also organised and participated in the production of online courses, including Public Administration and Administrative Leadership, and in editing Learner Guide to Administrative Management and Learner Guide to the Contemporary Chinese Political System. Finally, she has published a number of papers.
