Wang Guoyuan is a chief editor and leading lecturer on the course Interpersonal Communication in the programme Chinese Language and Literature in the OUC (aka CCRTVU). Now he is a professor in Renmin University of China. He has long been engaged in the teaching and research of organizational behaviour, interpersonal communication, public relations, leadership science, and organization culture. His published professional works include ‘Organizational Behaviour and Management’, ‘Psychology and Behaviour in Modern Management’, ‘Public Relations: From Theory to Practice’, ‘Theory and Practice of Public Relations’, ‘A Dictionary of Practical Public Relations’, and ‘Philosophy and Contemporary Culture’. He has participated in several national research projects and published scores of papers.
