Li Song holds a doctorate in education and is a researcher at Beijing Normal University. Currently serving as the vice president of the OUC, his primary research interests encompass distance education, online course development, and instructional design. He has led significant projects, including the national "13th Five-Year Plan" education planning project titled "Research on Adult Online Education Course Design and Application from the Perspective of Deep Learning". Additionally, he spearheaded the Beijing "13th Five-Year Plan" education project "Research and Practice on the Development of Online Open Courses for Early Childhood Teachers' Continuing Education in Beijing". Li Song has contributed to over ten national and provincial projects, such as the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" key project "Research on the Development Strategy of Quality Teaching Resources for Higher Education in China" and "Research on the Standard of Educational Technology Competence for Primary and Secondary School Teachers". He is a prolific writer, having published more than 20 papers in CSSCI journals and other national core journals, with notable works including "Research on Online Learning Activity Design" and "Multimedia Technology".
