Chen Li is a lecturer. She graduated with a master’s degree from Wuhan University majoring in hydraulic structures. She has been working in the Civil Engineering Department of the OUC Engineering College since July 2003 and she is mainly engaged in the teaching of Water Engineering as part of the Civil Engineering programme.
