Wang Li is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Technology of the OUC School of Engineering. He graduated with a doctorate in computer technology applications from Beijing University of Technology. He has taught three courses, including Computer Networking, and Microcomputer Systems and Maintenance.

He is mainly engaged in the research of distributed and parallel computing. He has published six articles in key Chinese periodicals and international conferences, and a further ten at national and international academic conferences. He has participated in a number of research projects for the MOE, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, as well as significant research projects for the OUC.
